Recently renovated cottage, in a beautiful scenic countryside. Kaiwera Retreat is a warm, cozy, country cottage. Located at Kaiwera, 20km east of Gore.
The nearest airport is Invercargill Airport, 80 km from Kaiwera.
Make it your base while you do day trips to Te Anau, Catlin's , Dunedin, Invercargill ,or just see what the local area has to offer, Walks ,fishing for Trout, or just put your feet up and relax in the peaceful surrounds.

•1 bedroom, with a Queen-Size bed, open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge, which includes a double fold out sofa bed.
•A bathroom, with shower and a full-size bathtub.
•In the double garage is a washing machine and dryer, which is available for guests to use.
•There is a fully equipped kitchen.
•Wi-Fi is available.

As we are a working dairy farm, there may be associated farm noises. But generally, it is very quiet. With double glazed windows and is a fully insulated cottage, it is very warm.
A heat pump is in the cottage, for heat in the winter-cooler months, and for cooling in the hotter-summer months.

Tea and coffee (etc.) will be supplied. A continental breakfast is also included in the price.

The other little touches, available is shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
When you arrive, enjoy a beautiful biscuit with your cuppa.
If you need a romantic night away, we can supply wine and chocolates.
